Opvarming:

3 runder af:
20 atomic sit-ups
10 rygbøjninger
5 push ups


Strength:

Chin ups: 4 reps x 5
Dips: 3 reps x 5
Russian twist: 60 reps @ 16 kg
GHD sit ups: 60 reps


WOD - 5 runder af:
300 m roning
20 DU's
15 sit ups


Finisher:
Target burpees: 6 burpees every 30 sek. @ 4 min.
