Opvarmning:

10 push ups


BB:

Nakkestem: 20 kg (8 reps) - 25 kg (8 reps) - 27,5 kg (8 reps) - 30 kg (8 reps x 2) - 32,5 kg (7 reps) - 25 kg (15 reps x 2)

Pushpres: 35 kg (6 reps) - 40 kg (6 reps) - 45 kg (6 reps) - 50 kg (6 reps x 3)

A. Pull ups: 2 reps x 5 sæt

B. Chin ups: 2 reps x 5 sæt


You go I go BB pump med Søren:


A. Stående DB biceps curls: 10 reps x 4 sæt

B. Lying DB french press: 10 reps x 4 sæt

Isolated one arm curl - drop set: 11 kg (5 reps) - 9 kg (5 reps) - 7 kg (5 reps)


Finisher:

4 km jog i Fælledparken
