Opvarmning:

10 toes to bar
10 air squats
10 push ups


BB:

Seated rows: 15 reps @ 40 kg, 12 reps @ 50 kg, 9 reps @ 55 kg, 7 reps @ 60 kg + 2 drop sæt (12 reps @ 55 kg + 10 reps @ 50 kg)


Pulldowns: 15 reps @ 35 kg, 12 reps @ 45 kg, 9 reps @ 55 kg, 7 reps @ 60 kg + 2 drop sæt (8 reps @ 50 kg + 12 reps @ 40 kg) 

Pull ups: 3 reps x 5 sæt
